Welcome! I am Rochelle Lee and I am the Founder and Owner of Pivot Consulting & Coaching.

I am a leader, a counsellor and a catalyst of change for children, youth, men and women!

As a child, I was always drawn to helping others and after many times of feeling small, not being enough, and falling down more times than I could count…….. I was emotionally.burnt.out.

When I realized that I AM ENOUGH, I pivoted my mindset, and have actively dedicated my life to helping others as they pivot!

Fast forward to today where I am passionate about my purpose and get excited to help others transform their lives and realize their worth!

Pivot /ˈpɪvət/ A pivot is a turn or shift around a central point. When we pivot in our lives, we often shift our thinking or perspective. I created Pivot Consulting & Coaching with this philosophy in mind: Pivoting isn’t a Plan B. It’s not the end. It’s a leg to stand on and the beginning of the next leg of your journey.
